Arbitrarily extend the buy and sell price to let players lose their money

Yesterday at 6:25 p.m. November 20, 2023. The platform notifies players that maintenance has been completed. Require the player to order 20 lines to withdraw money (while my account has 10k). but it is not clear how long it will take to complete. Today, November 21, 2023, I received a gmail notification from the broker and broker staff asking me to place an order for 20 lines today or my account will be locked. After I placed an order, the broker arbitrarily increased the price on my transaction 10 times to destroy my account. (Other players do not get stretched). (Photos attached)
