Their support staff does not have literacy skills. I have provided a copy of my driver's license for them to check.
However, they say that we are unable to verify your identity and requests a copy of your driver's license. They are utter nonsensicality. I was so blind to choose this broker! I advise that you guys don't come.

As a daily trader trading with this broker for the last few months, I found it is great to use. With my previous broker, I had huge issues with my MT5, but this broker gives me great trading experience. Bravo!
